Have you even tried the laptop?

Running slightly lower wattage PSU will not damage anything.
It will probably charge fine and keep up. It will just take longer.

If it's too small it will just reject it. But I highly doubt 20% lower wattage would fail to work perfectly.

I've used power supplies 1/2 the size of the OEM wattage to save weight and they work fine. Just take forever to charge and they keep up fine.

Also full load is charging a low battery while laptop is under full load.

If you start with a topped off battery it won't get near max, even with laptop under full load.

buy a true sign wave invertor uoing that plaug to 180 could melt wires if fuse blows to much current no good ...
