I had problems there in the past when I had my 2005 as well but they've been bending over backwards to make sure I'm happy lately. They must have had some pretty bad reviews at one point because they are constantly calling me for service ratings. So are you taking your Jeep to Baxter now? Pretty sure they are both owned by the same people as of a year or two ago. Consolidation seems to the name of the game these days with the dealers in Omaha. I think Performance group owns just about every make and model in town except BMW since they just purchased the Mitsu/Infiniti dealer out west last month. Curious how Baxter compares to Performance though since they still compete with each other.
BTW I am picking up the Jeep today and just bringing it back once the parts come in. The 23rd is still not a firm delivery date. They are waiting on new horns, the refrigerant line for the A/C noise TSB, and the intermediate shaft for the steering thud TSB. It's impossible to get parts right now for these TSBs. I swear the only parts on hand at the dealers right now are air filters, oil filters, and wiper blades. Everything else is a 2-3 week lead time. Hopefully nothing serious breaks down anytime soon because then I will be stuck in a rental for awhile.
