Is this normal or not? Will dealership fix?

I don't see this on any other of my wheels. On some it seems like light rust spots.

If you are talking about the rust on the rotor, that is normal and no they wont fix it. When u apply the brakes once or twice it will be gone.

That's "normal"... or it happens anyway. Drive and hit the brakes a few times and it should come off.

Most disc brake rotors do that after rain or a wash.
