The transmission seems to think it has been put in sports mode...the Jeep dealer here has gone through it and cannot find a thing....frustrating. Amazes me that 2 people where i live have experienced this and no-one else on this forum in the world has...ha ha
If it is in sport mode.... hold the shifter to the plus side of position for a few seconds and I believe this clears. Have similar setup in the Durango and I believe I have done what you have done once before.
If it happens again, don't stop, don't pull over. Just shift into neutral and back to drive and see if it goes away. I used to have paddle shifters and no console shifter so I have accidentally leaned on it while driving.
Again, will check tomorrow morning. 10:31 pm here now.
