Key FOB problem

Hey everyone, I'm new to this site so I'm not sure if this problem has already been asked/answered but I just got my WK2 Laredo and both of of my Key Fobs remote lock/unlock don't work very well. Sometimes I have to push either anywhere from one to six times before it works. Sometimes it happens with the push start in which it says key not detected. Also the driver side unlock button on the handle does the same thing. No problem with the passenger or rear hatch buttons. So I guess what I'm wondering is if this would be a problem with the Fobs or a problem in the vehicle itself. Any help would be appreciated!

Concerning the Key, sometimes signals between the key and Jeep can be an issue. For the longest time my key would do the same, I'd have to press it several times before it would work. The problem I didn't know, until it got stolen was that I had a handheld GPS in my jeep accepting the signal. My brother had the same issue and once he took his Garmin Handheld GPS out it worked great. Just an idea.

Unfortunately I don't have a Garmin or a Nav device but what I do have is an IPhone, but taking that most likely over half of the people on here have an IPhone, I would think it would have come up before if that was the problem. However, I'll experiment a little tomorrow with and without the phone.
