Key not detected still occurs

Still having key not detected error after new WCM 5/4/11 and additional trips to the dealer. Dealer refused to install RRT 11-047 6/2/11 because the new WCM was up to date when installed. Dealer also says car no linger has WCM - WIN replaced it. Got the State AG involved in my problem. AG notified dealer and Chrysler they were going to mediate. Yesterday I recieved a call from the dealer saying 11-047 update was known to have a defect and was cancelled by Chrysler so they didn't install it. They claim 11-047 REV is on the way. True or false - anyone know?

Sorry to beat this to death but I need to get truthful answers so I can find a different dealer and get this fixed.

Thanks

If you are getting "key not detected" it has nothing to do with the WIN module. That is the receiver for the rke, when you press the buttons on the fob.It also is the ignition switch and detects the fob if you pop the start button out and put the fob in.It also does tire pressure monitoring. The problem you are having is most likely the PEM module,or Passive Entry Module. There are 4 antennas in the jeep that look for the key.If there are no dtcs in the PEM,than it is probably defective. The flash for the PEM does nothing for this problem. I don't think your dealer is up to speed on things.
Just to give you an idea, where I work,we currently have 10 in stock, and we replace them almost every day.

Also that 11-047 was an RRT. It was updated June 15,2011 as TSB # 08-024-11. It is for RKE problems. That is totally seperate from passive entry. It is a completely seperate system and a completely different issue.
