I have had 6 different fobs and they replaced the entire control module, as well as doing numerous software updates and none of that has helped. It has done this since the beginning when I drove it off the lot. It has been in to 2 different dealers 8 times in the past 11 months and they can't fix it. Is this thing a lemon? (also, I have replaced the horn twice, and now the windshield wiper went out in the middle of an ice storm the other day). It is a 2020 Limited package. I spoke with a Chrysler rep and she admitted that this is a widespread issue. My dealer blames it on an airforce base that is 20 miles away. COP OUT. This same dealer also told me that if I wanted better service, I should have bought a Lexus. Classy. I am just wondering if any of you are experiencing this same issue. Currently researching Lemon Laws...
Have you checked the fuses? Have you ever driven thru any substantial amounts of water?
Are you able to duplicate any of the problems or are they completely random? Do they occur at the same location, or at different locations?
I live ON an AFB so I'm not buying the base being the problem argument. However, if I had similar problems and I lived on or even near a base, that might be on my checklist of possible conclusions.
And nothing personal, but I'm not 100% sold that you're not a troll. You did afterall, just join today. Again, if I had near the problems that you allegedly have, I would have been on the google machine and found JeepGarage long before today. This place pops up in the top 3-5 every time you search a Jeep inquiry.
