Leaking Washer Fluid

My 3 month old MY15 WK2 Overland recently developed a leak somewhere in the washer fluid reservoir system.

I took it to my dealership who have told me they changed the bottle but it still appears to be leaking (and there are no signs that the inside wheel arch liner has been removed). Any ideas what it could be?

Also visual access to the lower end of the bottle is non existent so if anyone could help me with that it would be awesome.

Thanks

Dayton 4x4

Re: Leaking Washer Fluid

anything is possible...my under hood elbow at end of the supply line was cracked at the 90 degree turn so my passenger side was barely squirting but I wasn't leaking during non-use.

FWIW, here is the complete system graphic...

Re: Leaking Washer Fluid

Thanks, I'll dig a little deeper, back in the shop yesterday so hopefully they'll find the issue.
