So I found where they are located and looked on mine and sure enough i can see the bulbs, they just don't turn on.
Where exactly are they located so I can check mine?

The lights are exaggerated in this photo because of the long exposure, but you can see the locations in the door pocket and handle. Of course they are more subtle in person.

I need to check mine, no way mine are lit I could not miss it. Did the OP find a fix for his not lighting up?

Re: LED lights in the door panels not turning on

Not yet, I got a call from Detroit today saying that they checked my VIN and they should be lit up. They also said there is no setting to turn them off so "they must have burnt out or not hooked up from factory" obviously all four LED lights didn't burn out so I took it in to have them check it and they said they would need it for a full day or two since they don't know what they are looking for. I am going on a road trip in the morning so I will figure it out when I get back.

Please keep me updated. I'm like you cannot go without a car for a day. This way I can just tell them how to fix it

Re: LED lights in the door panels not turning on

I just took mine to my dealer's service center. I did indeed find a Laredo X on the lot and confirmed that it has led's in the door panels. The shop manager is looking up my vehical with Chrysler to find out if the led's were suppose to be there from the beginning or if it was a late addition. I'll keep this thread posted when I hear back

Re: LED lights in the door panels not turning on

I can see the LED so I would assume they should light up. Maybe I'll check with my dealer when I'm off next week.

Yep mine too. Wouldn't of known until someone brought it up. Now one of us need to have a dealer figure out how to fix it.

Re: LED lights in the door panels not turning on

Just a stab in the dark here, so to speak, but the OM page 523 shows fuses JO4 and J05 for "Driver Door Node" and "Passenger Door Node" respectively.

Do the Laredo X fuse boxes include these two 25 amp natural fuses? Either that or it sounds like an undone wire connection for the Laredo's?

Re: LED lights in the door panels not turning on

I purchased a Laredo X this past weekend and the LED lights in the door panel and side pockets are not lit for me either.
