Took the non-QL WK2 down for some warranty repair today. Here's the symptom:
Squeeking when braking over a large bump, such as a speed bump. Particularly noticable at low speed.
So the advisor called and said they need to order a part because the tech found that the front drivers side axle shaft was leaking. I asked if this was the cause of the squeeking and he said he thought so. I'm not so sure myself and really want to avoid repeat visits if possible.
Has anyone else had a similar issue with the front end squeeking over bumps, or a leaking drive axle?
