Hi all,

Just noticed on a right turn(the jeep has to be moving), the left headlight turns off. Anybody else notice this behavior? If I remember correctly some of the MB vehicles do this to make the turn signal more visible. Going to get it into the dealership for diagnostics if this is not by "design".

It also seems like the lights are also aimed way too low. When we start the Jeep, the headlights seem like they are at the perfect level. The autolevel system kicks in and aims them very low.

The DRL which turns off is on the same side as the turn signal which has been activated.
HID headlights have a sharp upper cut off. They are probably fine, but you can have dealer check when you are there for something else. The high beams are quite good.

Are you sure headlight turn off not DRL? Most of the new cars turn DRL off with turn signal on. If You have left turn signal on left DRL is off or right turn signal on right DRL off but not headlight. If Yours Jeep turn headlight off - You have a problem. I don't know any of new cars MB, BMW, Audi....( correct me if I am wrong ) turn headlight off with turn signal. BTW. look at Audi with LED DRL. They go off with turn signal on.
