letters rubbing off

While cleaning out the vehicle this weekend I noticed there was something that for spilled, very small drop, on the 4wd low button. When I went to rub it off with my Mopar interior cleaner the letters started to run off so I stopped. Feeling it with my finger it didn't feel smooth like the other buttons near it and all of would rub off easily if I tried. I'm guessing this wouldn't be covered under warranty. Is it possible to replace that button?

Re: letters rubbing off

I would think it would be under warranty.

Re: letters rubbing off

That's why I'm not a fan of screen printed or dry transfer lettering on buttons. Without any sort of stamping to provide protection for the printed lettering, it will eventually rub off.
