Now onto whether is all of them, or just the headlights.
And, whether it does it when parked, only when in motion, or only when in motion on bumpy roads.
The headlights have a breaker and may flicker if the current is getting too high.
The others have fuses and just go out if current is too high.
If headlights a bad bulb rarely causes it, but theoretically could. Usually some bit of wiring has gotten pinched, damaged, etc. and there is a short somewhere. Good luck unless you have a good meter and are electrically inclined or just lucky.
If the rest of them, with or without headlights, start at the alternator/battery and pay special attention to the ground from the alternator to the battery and then to the frame from the battery.
Could also be a bad ground from any of the sockets to frame, you can usually find them by jumpering to ground if the things will stay flickering.
