Missing trim piece

Check your rubber trim at the outer edge of your liftgate near the top. I found a push-pin missing on the passenger side.

Just checked- plugs are all there. Sorry to hear you are missing one. Have Jeep send you one. Sure it is an easy fix (probably a 10 cent plastic plug).

take it to the dealer, they will have them in stock. they sell them for $5 each, but will likely give you one for free
