Ok guys, I swear I'm not making this up please make sure you're securely seated while reading this.
Droped off my WK2 at the dealership yesterday for some warranty issues. One of them was a obvious mis-alignment between the front fender and driver door panels, where the fender panel sits approximately 1/8" of inch further out then the driver doror panel. See attached picture.
Called in advance today before drving down to pick her up, but was told that they can't or won't repair the mis-alignmnet because "It was purposely built this way to vent engine heat, also it's an aeordynamic feature as per their windtunnel test".
I drew a blank didn't know what to think right away but was actually laughing on the way to pick up the WK2.
Sorry I don't wish to disclose the dealership name in a public domain at this time as I plan to take it up with Chrysler Canada. But please feel free to PM me if you're shopping for a Chrysler product in Greater Vancouver area.
What do you all think? Should I request for a copy of the windtunnel test report?
