Mostly just stuff that was fixed via firmware update flashes, aside from really low fuel efficiency in town (14.7 mpg currently, even while accelerating gently and coasting when possible) and somewhat low highway efficiency (26 mpg @ 70 mph cruise control on long, flat stretches in the summer). This isn't the typical experience for other EcoDiesel owners, though.
I haven't had the two recalls performed or the latest transmission flash, because I don't have any major problems and I don't want to risk making things worse.
Protip: find a dealer with a good service department. My purchase dealer repeatedly made me wait 2 weeks to go in for those quickly applied firmware patches. My current service dealer does this service same or next day.
I suspect that this DEF issue is going to have to come to a head, and I almost wonder if putting the protection plate on makes one ineligible for the "actual" warrantied fix once that comes around.
I doubt that will be an issue. Even if it turns out to be so, just take off the plate before you go in. That is, presuming Chrysler's "actual" fix is better than Dom's DEF skid plate.
Given their current approach of using "Trail Rated" zip ties, I'm not holding my breath.
