I just got the regular satin finish with rubber hoses. You remove the stock rubber hose that runs between the PCV and the inlet on the intake. A new hose runs from the PCV to an inlet on the catch can, and then you run another new hose from the outlet of the catch can to the inlet on the intake.

They have a video posted on their website on how to install - it's not a Jeep but the concept is the same:
