Need advice on repeat front suspension issues

ok so I've had my wk2 5.7l now for almost two months and I had to take it in after 3 weeks for thuds and smacking noises coming from the front suspension while driving down flat roads, bumps etc... It didn't matter it made the noises no matter how I drove it. The dealer found loose suspension bolts and tightend them to spec. So here I am almost 4 weeks later and it's doing it again. This appears to be a major safety issue in my opinion. Suspension bolts should not be working themselves loose at all especially only after a few weeks. My states lemon law says they get one attempt to fix a major safety problem. Anyone ever pursued this route before? I really love this jeep but it's unacceptable that it is doing this.

Re: Need advice on repeat front suspension issues

every day you keep the jeep you get less value thru the lemon law......be careful. its a slippery slope to be successful.

but a few have had luck with jeep taking them back for another jeep.

Re: Need advice on repeat front suspension issues

Perhaps you should try another dealer because this IS NOT a common problem. The front suspension should NEVER have loose bolts. Whatever they tightened before was the result, not the cause of the problem.
