Need dealer advice

Took my 2014 4x4 3.6L in for a few issues and need some advice on a few issues.
1) During slight acceleration from a stop sign and letting off for a second, it clunks into 2nd gear intermittently. Also it seems the downshifting while braking is pretty aggresive to the point it lurches forward while trying to brake smoothly. Never noticed any lurching with other vehicles. Dealer says this is normal for ECO mode, advised me to drive in ECO off mode.
2) Dealer installed aftermarket reverse camera is jerky. Dealer says camera was dirty and cleaned the lens, and they could not replicate the issue. It is still jerky when I start the Jeep up and back out of the stall.
3) Steering vibration 65-75 mph. Dealer road forced balanced the tires and says it is resolved. Took a drive today and there may have been a slight improvement but it still vibrates. Should a brand new vehicle have any steering wheel vibration??
4) Window sticker states 17" wheels with "on/off road tires", Goodyear Fortera HL's were installed and are spec'd to be ALL-SEASON tires. I notice it bogs down pretty easy on the soft sand that I drive through on the weekends. Dealer says they put the tires on that are supposed to be there. Should I push the issue??
Thanks for the help!

Re: Need dealer advice

The on/off road 18's is another lie Jeep tells. They are Michelin all seasons, designed for good highway performance according to the manufacturer. That one you can't blame on the dealer.

The factory installed cameras got jerky for many after one of the uConnect updates. Not sure it is anything the dealer can do about it. You might want to call Jeep and report the problem.

There is a TSB for vibration with 18" and 20" wheels, but I don't see one for 17's. But, it still might lead you and your dealer in the right direction.

As for bogging down in soft sand, are you airing down the tires to 16 - 20 pounds?
