Need some advice on the Pano roof frame TSB

My 2012 has 75K on the odom. When it had around 10K I complained about the roof rattle. My dealer did something (I don't recall) but it did not fix the issue. I have asked almost every time I had visited for a repair if something new was available. My service adviser (no longer at the dealership) would typically reply, nothing new but don't worry if something does come up we have a record of you having an issue. Well, fast forward to last week. I said that my roof was unbearable now with the rattle. They said a TSB was issued on it and it will be $900 . I replied what my adviser had told me about having the record of the issue. The new service guy said they would bring it up with the warranty admin at their dealer. A week later after numerous calls by me, he left me a message that the district rep said no to the claim because of my milage. What are your thoughts? I think at the very least I want to call the customer service number for Jeep and ask them to consider an appeal to take another look at my circumstance. Am I being unreasonable because of my millage?

I did get a case number from Jeep.
I'm surprised nobody here has a thought on what direction I should go.

Talk to the service manager at you dealer. Thats the person that has the power to call the district service manager and try to get it approved. It has to be the service manager to make to call or you won't get anywhere.
