No power on low beam headlights

Hey good afternoon everyone, I have a 2011 Grand Cherokee my oem headlights went out so i got a HID kits/w the relay. So hooked it up & lights came on with no problems, but i was hearing a sound coming from the hood, so I found out that it was coming from the relay. So i change the reply and the right side light kept going and now i don't have any power at all. Thought it was a fuse but I come 2 find out theres no fuse for the headlights, oh the hi beams our working just fine & that's what I've being using! So if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it....
