Normal transmission operating temp???

Mine seems to run in the 190ish to 200 range. I'm not towing. Have the tow package. Normal driving conditions. It does smell hot from time to time..... I don't think it is normal....

190-197F outside temp is 30-34F and its snowing in nyc/nj
