I have a 2012 Overland. Last winter I had numerous problems with the air suspension. My dealership near downtown Plymouth had no clue how to diagnose / repair problems with the air suspension. They kept stating no trouble found. Even though the service indicator was illuminated, multiple trouble codes were set, and the system was non-responsive. I even drove it in one morning stuck in park mode then demonstrated my problem to the service adviser. Their diagnosis ---> I need a new radio.....
Problems only seemed to occur in temps below 10 degrees F. I haven't had an issue with the air suspension since the weather warmed up. Probably the reason the dealership didn't find anything wrong. They would park the truck inside for a few hours before working on it so it would warm up. My fear. It's getting cold again. Will I have the same headaches this winter?
All this was occurring right before the manufactures warranty expired. I have a mopar extended service contract. Money isn't the issue. It the hours wasted going to and from the dealership.
One small thing i just noticed recently. If i park it over night with the nose pointing slightly down
backed into my driveway. The front air suspension sags. Its like it has lost all pressure, When I start it up in the morning the compressor pumps it back up to the proper height.
Having another dealership investigate this issue. I'll keep you posted,

This has been the 3rd time I've heard it with just over 50k miles. My dealership has been terrible with all my repairs, last time they had it for just over 2 weeks just to figure out what it was. I'm skeptical to even call Chrysler since they haven't been as helpful as well for my other issues such as still not getting me my brake booster recall done. Anyways, just want to know if anyone else has been in my shoes, it seems like a common issue with the 11's but haven't seen it outside of that year.
