Urg, I know people say this but I have a bit of an issue with it. If you have a good dealer, let them fix the problem. If you are having issues getting things fixed you can go on Chrysler's website and e-mail them. If you haven't even had the issues looked at yet at a dealer the ticket with Chrysler won't work anyway.
In other words... Don't panic, have the problems looked at by a dealer first.
