Overland Electrical Problems

The driver overhead compartment button to release/close the back lift gate does not work although the key fob and the button in the back by the lift gate does.

Also, the HomeLink buttons (garage door opener) in the driver overhead compartment are not working although they have previously. I tried to clear the prior programming and re-link, but never got the flashing lights to confirm all was cleared.

So, I think the issue is in the overhead compartment since this is where all the button are. My service department apparently did not listen to what I said (sexist?), for they replace a component for the lift gate which did not fix the problem. Thank goodness this is all under warranty!

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Re: Overland Electrical Problems

return to dealer is about all you can do; or maybe go to a different one

Perhaps a connector came loose.
