Unhappy Overland Summit Power Seat Problems

So I've had my 2012 Summit for about a month now, and today I got in, and started the car, and immediately noticed that the driver's seat did not move forward for the Easy Exit position into my seat's memory position. I tried in vain to move it forward using the adjustment button. All other directions work except for fore and aft. I tried resetting the system by pulling the negative cable off of the battery for 5 minutes, and pulled and reinserted the power seat fuse. Neither cleared the problem. What do you all think could be the problem? Fried motor? Loose connection?

Any suggestions before Monday at 9AM would be appreciated, as I have an appointment with the dealer then that I'd be delighted not to have to go to!

Thanks,

Stephanie.
