Power window

Hi! To everyone. I am new to this Forum.
My 2012 Grand Cherokee Limited has problems with the power window on the front passenger side door. It will not fully open or fully close on a single push or lift on both command buttons (driver side or passenger side). It will take 8 different push to get it from full close to full open and vice versa.
Any idea on what could be the probable cause? Thanks a lot for the help.
