I called for the print manuals. There is a manual for Uconnect, another for warranty, another for the vehicle itself, another for nav, and one for media center. They ask which ones you want, I told them all of the above.
The manuals arrived three days later (yesterday). The problem is they did not send the vehicle owners manual, nav manual, and the media center manual is for the 730N (RER). I called Jeep again and was transferred to the print media department. They informed me that their computer only listed 1 media center manual for the 2011 JGC and that they had no idea of which radio it was for 730 or 430. They also said they had only one manual listed for nav but didn't know which one it was for.
How can I learn what the extra soft buttons etc are if I can't get the right manual? The 430 uses Garmin nav and the old 730doesn't so these will also be different.
The print department is shipping all of these a second time and I'll see what I get. I know I can get the info online, but I like the printed manual when I'm sitting in the car familiarizing myself with the controls.
The customer service line said they would escalate my problem with getting correct print manuals and get back to me in 48 hours. Has anyone else had this problem when your print manuals came in?
