They are probably having a very hard time finding an affordable fix for this considering it likely effects every 2014 made whether people chose to complain about it or not.
I see that they have released the TSB for the HVAC, so I wish all of you good luck.
To answer Silvermax's question, I heard today the dreaded "it's preforming as designed", so I am back to square one. The dealership sent a regional tech rep to tell me this.
My issue though seems to be the opposite of others here: my Summit diesel blows 54 degree air at fan level 5 for an unending period from between 62 - 79 degrees setting, and has done so since I picked it up in January. Doesn't matter the outside temp. Both the service director and asst director said it's not operating properly, but the tech rep said they "are not qualified" to have an opinion. LOL
One way or another I am out of this vehicle, even though I like it a lot.
Between this and three check engine lights in 3200 miles, this is my first and last Chrysler product.
