Yes, it was replacing the "air" line (that had a slow leak) that finally fixed it. It turns out that they did $4,300 worth of work on it over the 5 week period. In the end the line fix was just 2-3 hours worth of work and probably a sub-$100 part. Since I've gotten it back I haven't had any other issues. Thankfully, with the exception of the initial $300 I paid, they covered the rest even though it was out of warranty by about 3,000 miles.

Re: Quadralift FAILED

I've told the dealership numerous times that I believe the system has a leak however, they keep pulling the codes off the computer and just replace parts based off what they see. I am waiting to find out what they come up with this time for a fix. The good news is they have been covering the repair under warranty.

Re: Quadralift FAILED

I have a 2011 Overland with QL. Today I wanted to raise the vehicle to QL1. The second light just flashed and flashed but the vehicle didn't raise. I can lower the entry height and raise it back to normal height but that's it.

Has anyone else had a similar issue and if so what was the fix?

BTW it rides and drives just fine no issues other than will not raise up to off road levels.

Re: Quadralift FAILED

I took mine into the dealer today. They said my nitrogen was low which indicates a leak somewhere. Their troubleshooting involves filling the system up then spraying soapy water on all the connections looking for air bubbles. They plan to check exterior points first then remove my interior and check the lines within. Yikes.... not really happy.

Re: Quadralift FAILED

Got the Jeep back ... they couldn't find a leak. They topped it off and parked it overnight at OR2 and it didn't leak. This didn't make me happy but they insisted we wait till the leak gets worse.... wow. So I did the exact opposite and parked it at entry height overnight and walla it wouldn't raise up again. So it goes back in on Wednesday for a second look. I for one won't be purchasibg another vehicle with air suspension. Its problematic and most techs cant even troubleshoot the system.

Probably a bad compressor. Seems like thats what it usually is on the 2011's.

Re: Quadralift FAILED

Had my quadralift fail a couple years ago. The dealer had the car for a week trying to find the problem. They were ready to rip out the interior of the car to get to the hose. I read here it was a compressor and suggested it might be a compressor. They didn't think it was. The fix ended up changing the compressor. I complained that I told them it was a compressor but the advisor said they had look at everything. I wasn't happy about the response but in the end he later did me a favor by installing the front tow hooks I wanted done.
