They ordered mine Friday afternoon, it shipped Monday, arrived Wednesday afternoon, and is being installed tomorrow (Thursday). They originally told me it was on back order but I'm not sure this qualifies...still the Jeep has been there for a week tomorrow

Sorry to hear you're still waiting. Makes no sense. Have they told you it has shipped?

Re: Quadralift FAILED

Just got the same problem - "Immediate Air Suspension Service Required" and than when I tried to go to the lower level, I got another message - "Air suspension cooling. Cannot raise/lower vehicle". When start vehicle later on there is no problem with air suspension.

Curious results you are showing there considering there are 7 people who've had QL problems in this thread alone (dobiegillis, GeorgeMD, andyh, STIX, jp467, patschamps2004, and bobkbusch).

So where are these 142 folks who haven't had problems at? Why haven't a significant number of them chimed in on this thread?

why dont you tell us?

Obviously......not everyone participates in forums. We have about 9500 members currently and not all of them post much....or at all. MOST people just browse, search etc. Its just the way discussion forums work. I can tell you that about 350 members have viewed this thread.

Thumbs down Re: Quadralift FAILED

OMG, could we PLEASE stop arguing about the stupid poll?!? Geez. I don't give a crap about the poll, statistical sample sizes, or how many users have read this thread. Just give it a rest already. All I want is my brand new Jeep fixed and back in my parking space.

Sorry...they have delayed me another day. Apparently they didn't have the correct nitrogen tank to fill the system so it will be tomorrow.

Re: Quadralift FAILED

Just got my Jeep back from the dealer after they replaced the "rear sensors" for the Quadra Lift. I've had the same "System Is Cooling Down...Please Wait" message as some others have posted. As a result, I thought the compressor would be the culprit.

I tested the raise time from Park to ORII before taking the Jeep in. Took 37 seconds (Jeep in idle at Park).

With the new sensors, it takes 29 seconds!

It is a sign that the sensor replacement had a positive impact on my QL performance. Keeping my fingers crossed that the compressor had nothing to do with the overheat message.

I just thought it was funny that the poll added up to over 100%!

Re: Quadralift FAILED

interesting poll, perhaps look at it this way.

assume 9500 members on jg
assume 350 of the 9500 members are wk2 owners
assume 151 of the 350 wk2 owners have a QL option
assume 9 of the 151 QL option are having a problem
can you therefore assume that 6% of all QL equipped WK2 will have a problem? No, not unless you assume that 9 out of 151 is a statistically valid sample.
