Quadralift question!

Today when I was driving. The EVIC said to slow down to maintain ride hight. I looked over at the Quadralift and it was raised to level 2. I did not push the button. I have it on Auto all of the time. Has anyone else experienced this?

Re: Quadralift question!

I have twice hit the QL button by accident, once while cruising at 75mph (EVIC told me it would not lift at that speed). Maybe you accidentally pushed the button while at a slow speed? Common occurrence according to other threads.

Re: Quadralift question!

It's quite possible that I did, but I don't remember even going near the button.

Re: Quadralift question!

I haven't had that happen yet, but I do keep hitting the Voice Command button on the steering wheel by accident. The music cuts out and I know exactly what I've done ... "CANCEL @#*&^^$%#"! For some reason it doesn't seem to understand the last part.

Re: Quadralift question!

It happened for a second time today. I had the car off and when I started the car, and still in park, I noticed that the car was rising. It's very strange because I did not even touch the button.

Re: Quadralift question!

If you were running on sport mode and didn't lower it to park mode when you got out it will rise to auto height when you start it. If it goes past auto mode (1 light on the top button) then there's a problem.

Re: Quadralift question!

If it keep up you should have it checked. May need a new control module.

Re: Quadralift question!

I will definitely have it looked at the next time it does that. So far the system has been fine.

Re: Quadralift question!

I have only noticed ride height anomalies that I could not explain twice. Once when I had just started the vehicle, it was in OR II height, and I know that I had put in ito Park (easy entrance/exit) height when I shut it off, as my mother-in-law is vertically challenged and I was parked in her driveway. The second time was similar, but I had parked it in auto at normal height, and when i started it the next time it was in OR I height. Both of these instances were within the first month of owning the vehicle, and it hasn't done it since.
