Radio issue/wheel alignment

What's up guys,

This is my first post and I've come here to try and figure out some suggestions to issues I have with new jeep.

I leased a 2015 grand Cherokee altitude two months ago. Within the first week I had the truck I noticed that the wheel alignment was off as the truck is pulling to the left (very annoying). I was dealing with it until I noticed that when I use the steering wheel button on the back to change FM/AM stations that the radio skips my presets and goes to random stations. For example my first preset is 92.3 and next is 95.5 .. If I start from the first preset it will sometimes skip to 3rd station or a completely random one that isn't on the screen (also very very annoying) and then start from the beginning again.

Two weeks ago I noticed fluid coming from under the truck when I got home from work which forced me into bringing it to jeep shop. They ended up keeping the truck for a week fixing the water pump and radiator (how that happened I don't know because I haven't been off roading) the guy there said jeep has a problem with water pumps. Whatever I just wanted the truck back and as I was there I also explained the radio and steering problem .. Picked the truck up and was told everything was fine. I was told that alignment was done and "radio update was done".

Needless to say both the radio and steering aren't corrected

Anyway if anyone can help I would appreciate it .. I was reading the thread below about people having issues with the steering so I assume I'm not only one

And also can anyone agree that the radio button on the back is very annoying ? Being able to change stations forward and not being able to go backwards ! People think I'm crazy but I don't know who thought that was a good idea

Thanks again
