Hey Guys

So recently I have been having issues with some of my music playback options

Radio and Sirius have been working with no problems.

The problem is with USB audio using the iPhone. Also my SD Card slot and Bluetooth are not working. In regards to Bluetooth I can access the phone app and make and receive calls with no problems. If I go to Bluetooth audio it says connect "connect phone". With the SD card it's a blank screen and says 0 of 0 and nothing ever changes. The same goes for USB audio with my iPhone plugged in.

I remember when I first got the car it would go right to phone audio when I plugged my iPhone 5 in. Now nothing!

This is really annoying if u can imagine. I have a 2014 and has been in for service so far 3 times since purchased in May. It has 4000 miles!!!,

And help or insite you guys can provide will be great.

Thanks

Rob

Sorry can't help you on the iphone, but with the SD card, did you happen to lock the card before inserting? Just remembering some threads talked about that may be a cause to your problem.

Mine has been flawless. 13.28.2 with a 32GB class 10 SD card, transfered from MS Media Player. (specs to help you out)

Not sure if this is it, but I had something similar.

It turned out it was the lightning/usb cable. Apparently it had gone bad and something in the electronics on the USB side told the radio to cut off all USB ports, SD, etc. So when I plugged in my iPhone 5 with this cable, nothing would work. I could turn off the car, and then come back and things would work. As soon as I plugged in that cable, everything stopped again. I tried a different cable, and everything seems to be working fine.

Not sure if that will help, but I thought I would pass my experience on. Good luck!

Yes I am running iOS7! But I am happy to report that restarting the system fixed the problem for now! Thanks so much!!! I have a 12 hours worth of driving ahead of me this weekend and this is a life saver. I knew there had to be a reset of some sort but wasn't sure of what the buttons were.

Any idea why this happened and should I be worried for the future because of this???
