Red face Radio presets

Just got my first, brand new, Jeep GC Overland. It's the first time in my life that I can NOT preset the FM Radio stations....... Am I the only one...I follow the instructions but , when I press preset on the station I am listening to, it brings up completely different ones..... I read that there are lots of issues with the Audio system, but this suppose to be a basic function that always work on cars 10 years old and older.......

Re: Radio presets

What radio do you have?

Usually to program a preset, tune to the station you want and then press and HOLD the preset you want and it should program it. A confirmation "beep" will sound when it has successfully programmed the preset.

Station Presets
There are 12 station presets available for storing the radio
stations in each tuner range.

In order to store the desired station, touch and hold one
of the station preset soft-keys for two seconds and you
will see the highlighted soft-key change from green to
beige. You will also see the radio station stored in the
highlighted soft-key, and you will hear a confirmation
beep when the station is saved.
