Random Check Engine Light?

My check engine light was on for a couple hours this weekend, even after a stop and restart. Mostly highway driving.

Then it was gone. Jeep was running just fine the whole time.

Anyway to find current/past alert codes on a 2011 WK2?

Thanks.

Re: Random Check Engine Light?

Not unless you have a stored message in the EVIC...there is no 'Key Dance' as it was called in previous models. Your only option is going to an auto parts store to use their code reader which is generally free. There is the dealership option but it is normally $100 to hook it up at the dealer.
