Rattle from around/under the glove box

I have had a slight rattle when driving over moderate bumps from somewhere around the passenger side dash/glove box area. In attempting to find the cause of the noise, I placed my hand on the glove box whenever some rough road was coming my way and it didn't seem to help. Well I just decided to look under the glove box and it seems the courtesy floor light / lamp for the passenger side is pretty loose and rattles when I tap on the liner that it is connected to. Does anyone have any insight on how that light is supposed to be attached so I can attempt to tighten it up?

Additionally, it seems to be that the whole liner under the glove box is fairly loose? It that supposed to be somewhat movable or should it be locked firmly in place?

Thanks!

Try pushing it up and if it won't seat maybe a little crazy glue so it won't rattle.

I had a rattle in my glovebox and it turned out to be the assisted opening device, you know the piece that has the little piece of string that is connected to a string. This device just has a weak mechanism to lock it in place. So what I did what take some double sided tape put it on the bottom of this device and then reinstalled it, Bam! no more rattling noise.

I had a rattle that I swore was coming from behind the dash after having transmission filter and fluid changed. Decided to check bolts under vehicle holding protective plate on. One was loose and the sound of the washers rattling reverberated like it was inside the dash. Would have sworn it was in dash until I found it.
