So I had my second set of dampers replaced. This time with the "AD" version and so far I am happy. Put around 2k miles on it and nothing. Although there is some relation to the temperature as they SLS shocks seem to be calmer when colder?
There is also a discussion ongoing to see if the "improved" standard shock mounts could be adopted to fix the issue or to put some rubber isolation between the wheel well and the shock mount. We will see.
There are several TSBs out to fix the clunking for the normal shocks and the SRT8 shocks, but none (NONE) for the SLS so far.
