Rear Rocker Moulding separating from vehicle

What I think is commonly referee to as the rocker panel, or the hard plastic that runs along the bottom of the doors started separating from the vehicle by the rear door (right where it says no step) probably a broken screw. While getting the ECU recall done, I asked the dealership to a dress. Here's what frustrates me rather than reattach in properly they flexed it back and put a new screw. There is still a major gap between the vehicle and the panel. My wife picked up the car and didn't notice. What should I do?
