Has anyone tried the touch up stuff? How hard is it to do? I figured I would give it a shot because the alternative is replacing the window, so i can't really hurt it much. Also anyone had to replace the window, if so how much was it?
The touch up stuff works, used it about 10 years ago to repair a ding and it lasted.
I used a tiny bit of clear paint over the repair afterwards.
Clean, then mask carefully [blue paint stuff seems to work] and don't get too generous with the conductive coating.
Your dealer or a window repair shop might be willing to do this for you for a few bucks...
... dunno if your insurance would cover something like this.
