I will post when I get home

Data point: Late June build and I did get the recall in the mail. I have not had any symptoms of xmas tree dash FWIW, ABS and stability control seems to be working fine, but I will get it flashed in the next couple of weeks for piece of mind.

When I opened the leter I said to my wife, "Hey honey, guess what, our first recall letter on the new Jeep!" We used to own a Cherokee and that one was fun, recall for airbags going off for no reason, recall for the brake rotors suddenly falling apart. At least this one didn't end with the statement "possibly leading to a crash, injury, or death"

Two different times in for service they pulled the following:
Cellular Antenna Circuit Open B1560-13

They have ordered a new antenna (backordered) per the tech from Detroit

I just did some research and my check engine light is on. Nothing seems to be wrong with the car. Is this an issue that falls under the recall? I did a little googling and it seems to be. But anyone else can weigh in on that?

Also haven't gotten anything in the mail.

All dealers should have the N58 flash. Doesn't hurt to drive by and verify if yours fits the date range if they are close enough. If it does it will be flagged in the system to get it.

Thanks actually just called and I need the N58 plus 2 software updates. So will do that this week.

Is it dangerous to be driving around for another few days before this is fixed?

Re: Recall notices for instrument cluster

Interestingly enough, I haven't had any problems with the dash since picking up my Overland in May. Yesterday, my nepehew was visiting and wanted to see the Jeep. I showed him how the speedometer could be either digital or analog (I've had it both ways and found I prefer the analog). When I switched it back to analog, it was just the outline of the speedometer - no numbers no writing. Guess getting the recall fix done this Tuesday is a good idea.

Shouldn't as long as the CIL is a false signal.

Utter nonsense. Suggest you find a forum on politics and confine your political rants to there. You are making this forum an unpleasant place from which to learn about JGCs. If you think airbags are not an improvement on shoulder harnesses you are a fool.

Mine was doing this aswell. A total of 3 times since I took delivery in March of this year. The first time I thought was just a one off. The second time, I lost my center console, the dash in its entirety and no speedo. I took it back to the dealer and they reset something and did an update. The 3rd time, I drove it back to the dealer and told them I wasn't taking it back until it was fixed. So a free rental and a day later they allegedly replace the ABS module. So far so good.
