hmm i just leave the A/C on when i shut down the car.. so when i use remote start the A/C blast to hi and cools the car down.. i know its advised to lower the windows with A/C on for max effective cooling.. but around here its either humid or dusty so leaving the windows open is asking for trouble lol.

Re: Remote Power Window FOB Function

I wish they could use the rain sensor for the wipers as a sensor to close the windows and moonroof if it starts to rain or your car gets wet.

That would be a great option...

Re: Remote Power Window FOB Function

Even if it closed after 30seconds of raining. That's still better than it staying open.

Re: Remote Power Window FOB Function

So it won't close via the fob? That's odd since It was designd by MB. My MB will open windows and sunroof via fob, then also close it. But you MUST always be pointing the fob at the driver's door.

Re: Remote Power Window FOB Function

You might want to check out this thread;
http://www.jeepgarage.org/showthread...988#post524988
And this post:
Got Key Fob to open Flipper Glass

It seems Jeep discontented some features from the 2012 model year key fobs. The 2011 fobs are more expensive and more capable, (Mopar part #68051666AE MSRP $151.00) Someone should try to program the 2011 key fob with their 2012 Jeep. I'm sure the rear flipper glass opening function and the window roll down feature will work if using a 2011 fob programmed to start a 2012 model year Grand Cherokee!
