Re: Remote Start Climate Control

Man, all of these reports and no solution. It seems like the remote start is for engine comfort and not the driver/passenger.

In addition, I also opened a Customer Care support ticket with Chrysler. I think we should all do the same, if you have not already done so.

Re: Remote Start Climate Control

I logged a call with Chrysler and was told that my local dealer had been getting calls/service tickets for the same issues but with no definite fix yet.

Re: Remote Start Climate Control

Winter is coming and I'm starting to feel the chill in the morning so I'll be doing this tonight.
Thanks to Wurster1 for posting the info.

Re: Remote Start Climate Control

I hear ya.
let's stay on top of Jeep/Chrysler. I will be bringing mine in early October. I spoke to a customer care person last Friday, my ticket has been escalated to a technical group. Supposedly they have or will reach out to my designated dealer here in NY and will be pushing out the fix to them. I tried to get some timeframes but he could not tell. I am hoping it is still October as a previous forum message had stated.

Re: Remote Start Climate Control

Last update was that a fix still hasn't been released or pushed to dealers yet.
