Re: RHR issues / Warranty errors
Update on my issues... The dealer I purchased from has finally corrected their "In Service Date" and the servicing dealer called today to confirm it is now showing up as it should be in Chrysler Dealer Connect. I have to bring the car back on Monday now that I have warranty coverage, but the service advisor said he had the tech look at it the other day when it was there and they determinded the radio has an issue. They said they are planning to order a replacement. Hopefully things will go smoothly from here on that.
The extended service contract is still not corrected. Still shows a start date of 2/23/11, even though I purchased it on 9/1/11. I have filed a case with Chrysler customer service because the dealer seems incompetent. They have a different story everytime I call them as to what they are doing to fix it.
I'll update this when I have new info.
***Milous, I tried replying to your PM to give you my VIN info, but since I don't have 10 posts it wouldn't let me. Seems a little odd since I donated 30 dollars to this site that I am not given full access, but thanks for trying to help.
