Thanks for that, as I thought though they are on correctly, maybe I just bought some duds, anyhow I am going to toss them as I cant drive long hauls with that sound, interfers with my R & R music.

I have installed the Prorack roof bars on my JGC, fat end forward as per instructions, no noise from these racks.

Here you go -----http://www.whispbar.co.nz/ Just load Jeep Grand Cherokee and year, photos and prices on site although you can do better from sales outlets in oz.

Aussie Jeep - glad you found a solution that makes you happy. I have to say I have found the Thule aero bars excellent and this link shows they are as good as whispbars - each to their own.

AussieWK2 - I got the Thule's from Good times surf shop on Ipswich road just down the hill from the gabba. They are one of the biggest stockist of roof racks in QLD and their service is great. I think I paid around $400? can't really remember.

I got the Prorack whispbar racks at Roof Rack Superstore in Yarraville, Victoria @ $298.
(Price match with Supercheap Auto)

I have mopar roof rack has noisy from 50km speed.
I am sure it's been installed right way.... I want to remove it.

I installed My Mopar roof racks today.
Followed the stickers instructions
thin edge facing forward larger area at the back?
seems wrong, bit of road noise without a load on it.
look at a planes wing right?
