Re: Sand blasted after 1 month of CO winter driving

hmmm...I dont have this problem after 5 winters. I do use some high quality sealants and waxes though...applied in the correct manner. I have seen it on other Grands though from 05-2010.

BLACKBERRY is on a distinguished road
Re: Sand blasted after 1 month of CO winter driving

I have the same problem and this is just ridiculous. I have a 2011 Black Berry Pearl Overland with 10K on it. It's only been on a gavel road for 20 miles since I bought it. I have splash guards installed front and back and running boards. I'm starting a new post with pictures titled "Paint rock chip damage extreme" with pictures.

I have a 2011 Grand Cherokee Overland and my JEEP does not have this clear film in this area. Is it supposed to?

Can you please take a picture of the installed "splash" coverage?

It's not easy to pick out in my Jeep photos, but here's the best one I could find. I applied it over the factory smaller film (to get double protection on that area), so you can just see the outline of each if you zoom in.

Added detail with yellow edge of factory film, red edge of Invisible Mask Splash film. Pardon my poorly drawn lines.

That makes a nice coverage. I am going to install mine a little bit towards the front.
