Seat memory won't set

I can't get the memory to set on the factory driver's seat. I have followed the directions a couple times and the dealer is currently looking into this. Is there a trick? Or a bad module?

Re: Seat memory won't set

There is no special trick, put things how you want it, press the S button, then which number you want it to set to.
If not working, try a Uconnect reset

SOFT RESET:
This reset will retain your settings.
Hold MUTE and TUNE buttons for reboot. .

If that does nothing.... then:

FACTORY RESET:
This engineering reset will wipe all your settings.
Hold TEMP up and TEMP down buttons to access engineering menu.
When it restarts it will do so with SRT screen, and take a few minutes to get back to normal.

Mine wouldn't link to one key, the resets did nothing, it fixed itself when I did a Uconnect update.
Is your Uconnect system up to date? See here - UConnect 8.4 - North America
