Send N go issue

Is anyone having an issue with send n go? Ever since I updated my iPhone to iOS 9.3.3 and try the send n go option in Apple maps, it just sits there loading with the dial spinning and never gets to the option of send to vehicle. I tried logging out of the app and nothing. Suggestions?

Why not use the maps in the UConnect App? I've used that successfully pretty much since the inception of the feature into the app. In fact I didn't know that you could use the Apple Maps and send to UConnect until your post.

Send N Go seems to have stopped working for me (Android Nexus 6 phone). As far back as a week ago I've been unable to send addresses. The last successful address I sent was 2 1/2 weeks ago (Sat July 16th).

Rather than assuming the are on top of this, perhaps we should be contacting uconnect customer care to let them know. I will do so myself when I get a chance in the coming days if it doesn't start working again.

Thanks the app works just not apple maps, must be on apple's side. il use the app in the meantime

Is anyone able to get Send N Go to work?

I tried calling uconnect cust care and they could tell I'm not on the latest version of uconnect. I had back-reved due to a change they made that I really hate, and at that point they basically said until I upgrade they can't/won't do much, and suggested that was the cause of the problem.

I know that it was working for a few weeks after I back-revved but that doesn't help much. She did say there are no known issues on the back end w/ the Send N Go feature...

I'm on the UConnect version prior to the Siri Hands Free update in my 2015 (15.17.5) using an iPhone (9.3.4) and am able to use Send N Go successfully as long as I use the maps native to the UConnect App (2.6.5). That's how I've always used it.

When they told you that you weren't on the latest version of UConnect did they mean the Android App or the UConnect version in your WK2? Frankly, I wouldn't accept suggesting that I update to the latest version of UConnect since it proved to be laden with bugs. I also reverted back after installing the latest version since it locked up my screen and appeared to behave as though it was having a memory leak.

Unfortunately yes they were talking about the Uconnect version in the vehicle. They had me uninstall/reinstall the uconnect phone app which made no difference. It looks like I will have to upgrade the Uconnect version again just to get them to continue troubleshooting and then after the fact back rev again.
