should i be concerned?

Driving my 2015 jeep grand cherokee today after a complete stop at a red light, i noticed the idle go down about 100 rpm after from its normal idle for a second and then back to its normal idle. Every time stopped after that it would do it, drop about 100 rpm, then back to its normal idle. It doesn't stall or anything and you don't feel it vibrate when it does it. It only does this with the heat/a/c off. Kinda strange but does anyone else's do this? Can this be an issue at only 750 miles or am I just over thinking? Not sure if this is tied in to something normal so any feedback appreciated.

Actually scratch that I'm not really sure, anyone have ideas? Here's a video of it https://youtu.be/Dfiybq1hZ8Y

I noticed after it was doing this high idle thing, it went back to normal after about 10 minutes like something turned itself off no longer requiring the extra power

I figure but why would it be idling at almost 900 rpm, then 10 minutes later stop doing it and not return? This hasn't happened since Sunday. Shouldn't it be around 600 rpm like its suppose to be? I know no one has a concreate answer, but curious on thoughts?
