Sirius XM not working

So about two weeks ago, my Sirius XM in my '14 GC Summit quit working. All the presets I had saved are gone, and no channels are even available to listen to. Everything else works just fine (bluetooth, ipod, fm/am radio). Anybody else had an issue like this?

Scott, that's a terrific new picture of your SRT.

Yep.
We have a 2014 GC Summit and the same thing happened to us. They replaced the radio and then we had to go back for another software update.
We reset all the stations again, what a PIA and the next day we lost all our am/fm presets. Its back in the shop again for this problem and others and its becoming very frustrating.
Sometimes when we start the Summit all the stations are there on Sirus only, the temp and compass direction are all there. Then sometimes after starting it seems like the software has to reload all over again, the radio stations show "hold to set" for approx 5-7 seconds then the Sirus stations only appear then 5 more seconds and the temp and the directions seems to be the last thing to appear. It will take almost 15 seconds sometimes to complete the loading process.
Don't know why it does this but I'm about ready to ask Jeep to buy it back.
We like the Summit but its not meeting our expectations with all the different issues we are having to deal with. Let me know what they do for you.
